Cairo International Film Festival (CIFF), headed by renowned actor Hussein Fahmy, has announced the signing of a sponsorship agreement with Castle Development (CRED), naming the company as the exclusive main partner of the festival’s 46th edition, scheduled to take place from November 12 to 21, 2025.
This collaboration reflects the festival’s commitment to building strong partnerships with leading national institutions that share its belief in the vital role of art and cinema in shaping collective consciousness and fostering cultural dialogue among nations.
The sponsorship agreement was signed on behalf of Castle Development (CRED) by Eng. Ahmed Mansour, Chairman of the Board. This partnership underscores CRED’s dedication to social responsibility and its ongoing support for Egypt’s cultural and artistic landscape, driven by its conviction that creativity is a cornerstone of modern societies.

Founded in 1976, Cairo International Film Festival is one of the oldest and most prestigious film festivals in the Arab world and Africa. It remains the only festival in the region classified as a Category ‘A’ event by the International Federation of Film Producers Associations (FIAPF) in Paris. The festival is held annually under the auspices of Egypt’s Ministry of Culture.
