Cairo International Film Festival, presided over by acclaimed actor Hussein Fahmy, is pleased to announce its partnership with Sofitel Cairo Downtown Nile, which will serve as the official hotel for the festival’s 46th edition, taking place from November 12 to 21, 2025, under the auspices of the Egyptian Ministry of Culture.

The agreement was signed in the presence of Mr. Ahmed El-Shandawily, General Manager of Sofitel Cairo Downtown Nile, and Mr. Mohamed Ahmed Hassan, Senior Sales Manager. Commenting on the partnership, Hussein Fahmy, President of Cairo International Film Festival, said:
