Determined to keep her house, Maria fights to reclaim her home and all it represents to her. During this struggle, new doors to love and excitement open for her, offering an unexpected chance to rediscover herself.
Maryam Touzani hails from Tangier and is a director, screenwriter, and actress. She began her career with the short film When They Sleep (2012), followed by Aya and the Sea (2015), before moving to feature filmmaking with Adam (2019) and The Blue Caftan (2022), both of which participated in prestigious international festivals.
